How long it takes, province by province
Calendar days by mode. Express, air and ocean count from receipt of the goods at our Miami warehouse; the distribution column corresponds to the delivery-only mode in Cuba and counts from the moment the piece has its distribution order created.

Transit times are estimates for the operation under ordinary conditions and are not a commitment to deliver on a fixed date.
Who does what on the island
Almendares has no physical operation in Cuba. Receipt, local clearance and delivery are carried out by our correspondent, supported by a network of private operators present across the country.
That split is deliberate: we answer to the client for the whole journey, and at destination the work is done by those who know the ground. The shipment is tracked end to end, and when something goes off course there is an owner and a response time, not a chain of forwarded messages.
For bulky cargo or deliveries outside provincial capitals, the route is planned case by case.

Do you deliver to every province?
Yes: the fifteen provinces and the special municipality of Isla de la Juventud, with delivery to the final recipient.
Can I contract delivery in Cuba only?
Yes. If you move your own cargo to the island, we receive it at the hub and carry out distribution. It is a separate mode with its own transit time and its own rate.
Do the transit times include clearance at destination?
Yes. The express, air and ocean columns cover the full journey to the recipient under ordinary conditions.
What happens if a shipment is delayed?
It has a named owner and a response time. We tell you the real status and the expected date, without making you chase the information.
Where does your cargo need to arrive?
Tell us the province, the volume and the frequency and we will confirm transit time and mode.
